As you pray through the ACTS model of prayer, you may choose to read the Scriptures in prayer or to pray your own specific prayers of Adoration and Thanksgiving. Today, you will spend focused time praising God for who HE is (adoration), silently discussing your personal sins with the Lord (confession), and acknowledging how God has answered prayers and worked in your life (thanksgiving). Our primary focus is to draw closer to God and His will as we bring our requests (supplications) to Him. God has promised to draw near to us when we seek to draw near to Him (James 4:8)!
